Self copy not get of IT return of Assesment year 09

My name is Pradip Kumar Roy and my PAN Card No. is AFEPR 3906A. I have already submitted my Return of Year 09 in but still now i not received self copy of return. If possible How can i get this document. I required this very Urgently, please give me your favour.
