Hi,

i am S Premkumar, i am customer of indane gas agency M/s. Vijay gas Besent Nagar Chennai, vijay gas agency delivery boy he collect unauthorized charges for delivery gas, i am complaint vijay gas agency he/she told yes sir we want extra amount for delivery other wise stop your gas supply, i complint so many times IOCL Customer care officer but he is take no actions, last month 30.12.2009 i go to IOCL office Nandanam chennai and give to complaint letter IOCL Officer, he tell i reply with in 1weak, but till not reply me, what to do? any solutions this qury?
