Indiabulls housing finance ltd is a worst. AS i submitted all the supporting documents for home loan.one of the executive called jayaram who is proceesing my loan and also collected rs.1015 as a proceesing fee and next day he called and told that give rs.10000 for legal proceesing fee this amount is given as well.the proceesing is still gone to one month.
And after one day i went to Indiabulls housing finance ltd, kormangala bangalore i got a information from the manager praveen he already left job we dont have any information abt the home loan.final i lost rs.10000, waste of time and upset.
My suggestion please do not apply loan in Indiabulls housing finance ltd.
