Payment not credited

I have paid my property tax bill through icici bank debit card on 31/07 with an amount of Rs.266.52 but it has not been transferred to Corporation of Chennai Property Tax account while the same has been deducted from my bank account - Ref: Bil/000168164103/Indiaideas.com Ltd/COC_MIC1007471. the status was as&--Your Payment of Rs.545.55 has been made successfully to INDIAIDEAS.COM LTD. I would like to have the amount credited back to my ICICI Bank account or to Corporation of Chennai early under intimation to me
