While opening the Demat A/c, 'lot of facilities and service will be provided- assured by the Marketing executive -- which are not provided after the opening of the said a/c e.g.:-
1) Address was uploaded wrong by the 'entry level' person (Mohd.), for which the total opening process got delayed by more than 22 days, in place of 5 days as assured-- and I had to submit again fresh all related documents, address change documents actually sent thrice
2) Welcome Kit alongwith the Delivery Instruction slip, copy of the contract, etc. did not reach me, even after almost 3&1/2 months, -- for which no. of emails sent and spoken to the related person/s but did not materialised
3) Though they say that dedicated Vice President level person will be available for the customer -for redressal of complaint, but acually except the supervisory level person (May be Territorry Manager), no one else are available for approachas there is no information of their contact email i.d or phone no., and territorry manager can not handle issue as no. of customers allocated are much so they don't have time to devote any particular customer's complaint.
4) Server is slow and have some or other complaint - in respect of " real time" stock price, sock folder, and daily/ monthly chart reproduction on screen-- which is must for " ONLINE Trading"
