Sir,

I have purchsed some clothes from shop thru debit card

(A/c no 737963850, card no 5044339506809849442

valid up to 07/12, ) of rupees 995. then i cheked my account balance in an ATM the amount is reduced two times but i have purchased only once on 23/11 .After that i went to the shop, they told me this is the problem of Bank processing, then I went to Indian Bank of noida 16 Branch they told me that Write an application in the name of your Branch Manager

regarding this Problem, they will consider and will take some necessory action and after that i have submitted the complain regarding this witha all necessory documents in the branch on 27/11 . but till now there is no further processing, and i have call many times to the branch. please help me
