Dedution of money in atm

Sir,

my name is suraj singh negi.. i had a indian bank account no 704547136... while withdraing money from ur bank atm (connaught place.. barahkhamba road) new dehi... from my indian bank ATM... 5000 rupp has been dedected from my saving acc... though i havnt got any cash... the slip what comes out from atm printed that 5000r has been debited and at the bottom writeen "UNBLE TO PROCESS"... i checked my balance from sbi atm then i came to know that 5000 r has been dedected by corp bank atm...
