Money not transferred even no refund is given

Sir,

i have tranferred 1825 rupees from al rajhi bank saudi arabia with acc. no.010405666666 to my old acc. no. 16151 you have recieved a cheque from icici bank chennai on 3 august with d.d. no. 469264 . i have complained manier times but only one answer is given `we will check, we are not having some information as the acc. no. is so old` it is a humble request that somebody should look after it and take decisions to satisfy the customers.
