Worst service and problem in Cancellation

IHO is the number 1 fraud company I have heard before. Their sales representative called on Aug and spoke very friendly for selling the policy.

They promised that they will give 6 cards for Rs 5129 as a package with various voucher cards and all will happen within 15 working days after payment.

But after paying the money all are reversed. I got only 4 cards after payment initially after one month and calling them many time I got another two cards with incomplete voucher cards. Even after many call I did not get any vouchers or valid response from them. Their customer care person said to add a doctor it will take atleast 15 days and I cannot cancel after 14 days of policy commencement.

So I requested for cancellation on Oct 19 (5th day of receiving the card). But so far 27 Dec I did not received any valid response from their customer care person or the sales person. I speny more money in calling them only. At the climax now the sales persons numbers are also not working. It is switched off.

While calling the customer care person today, they said I cannot get refund since it is already three months had gone.

I have all proof of my e-mails and their receipt

Please let me know what I can do legally on this
