Syndicate Bank, (Yours Faithful and Friendly financial Partner) Just in their logo. But the actual scenario is entirely the thesis of what I had mentioned above.
The worst ever Two National Banks that I have seen is the Syndicate Bank (Cantonment Branch), Indian Overseas Bank (Sivan chetty Garden Branch).
These Two Bank officials assume that they had jumped from heavens and respond in such rude manner to the customers.
If in case a senile customer approaches the bank these Bank officials especially (a lady who sits rite in front of the syndicate bank of the above mentioned branch, in the first help desk, I think her name is elizebeth,
with short hairs aged around 50 or above. The most impatient lady in the Bank, Behaves in such barbarian manner that the customers especially one who approaches the bank for lesser withdrawls.
This Elizebeth is the laziest person in the entire Bank and with her stupid english kills persons around and the language too.
She never responds in a descent manner with any of the customers. Assumes herself that she is the greatest. There is an other Lady whom i would like to bring to light... REKHA (I would for sure sue her in consumer court in future) She is The most arrogant lady in the entire Bank... I will have to write a new edition on the behaviour of the officials of Syndicate (ELIZEBETH AND REKHA).
We should not let this matter go on in this way and take necessary actions to chase the Barbarians (ELIZEBETH and REKHA) off the Bank very soon or the Bank at this Branch (Cantonment Branch) located at St jhons Road opposite to Raheja Arbour will loose the maximum customer in future.
The Bank manager is another lazy officials. Fully biased. Behaves indifferently with different customers. Would not take complaints especially on these two Barbarians (REKHA AND ELIZEBETH)
The higher officials should necessary actions in this Regard or else they might loose a lots of valuable customers because of the barbarbarians (REKHA AND ELIZEBETH) and an uncapable Bank Manager (I don't know his name otherwise might have brought that to the notice.)
