We are your oldest and valued customers since more than 12 years with satisfactory record of transaction, which can be verified from your records.

Now, we regret to state that inspire of our full support to your bank for healthy transactions, our need of banking is presently overlooked by your present Branch Manager. In this reference please note that he always excuses for any regular banking work stating there is shortage of manpower and there is no person to assist the customers.

Please note that we are oldest supplier of Government Department owned by Central Ministry, for which we always need Performance Bank Guarantee for successful execution of orders. Earlier we never faced any problem in issue of such PBG with reasonable charges as well as with reasonable margin against our Limit and securities. Moreover the matured PBG were also disposed in time.

But since after the joining of New Manager, we find that our PBG are not released within reasonable time and we have to request/remind bank personally like beggar to assist us in release of PBG. Even after visit number of times our PBG are released based on charges of Financial Bank Guarantee instead of PBG charges and the Manager demands 100% security/margin though after submission of full documents and submission of property documents also till our PBG limit was not renewed in absence of sufficient bank official. Like wise in day today banking also we are facing acute problem in maintain of our Bank account.

Our valued customers are regularly disappointed due to present behavior of Bank in release of PBG as well as other Banking Services. Presently there is no reasonable or customer friendly official in Bank to help us in solving our Banking Problems.

After lots of request and representation in Our branch verbally as well as in writing, we are forced to approach the grievances cell to help us in above respect.
