TDR REFUND

Sir,

I have booked 3 tire ac ticket on18-11, but i not travelled on that date. So i filed TDR (Transaction ID: 0275142136) and (PNR Number: 4535899702) on this ticket. The Reference No: ekt2010121401887265 given but after 3month also iam not receaved the refund amount .. so kindly
