Lost of money in IRCTC while booking ticket

Dear Sir,

On 30/11/09 i tried to book railway ticket through HDFC bank debit card. I did not get ticket but money has been debited from my account i.e Rs210 Rs11/-. Even i did not get any message regarding that. So please help me in this regard.

Booking ticket details are as follows:

Name: Vivek Misra Age: 19 years From: Chennai Egmore To: Vijayawada dated 04/12 Train: Circar Express, Reservation for sleeper coach.
