I had submitted complaints three times but it seems that it is foolishness of a person to submit complaints after complaints if u are not able to solve them. Why do you say to a person to submit a complaint? I am feeling helpless. Bsnl costomer care center firstly assured me to help me but later on denied. Where should i go now?
