Wrong debit from my a/c

Dear sir,

i tried to withdraw Rs 4000 from the ATM of indusind bank [near vasant vihar colony, s.e.c.l road, bilaspur] on 1st march. the ATM did not processed my debit card no 6220180033600029251. i did not received any money from ATM .but my surprise Rs 4000 were debited from my account no 10826148195[ SBI ]. i request you to rectify this mistake and credit Rs 4000 in my account.
