I had made an investment with the policy 44016293404, "Smart Performer" as a single investment or one time investment. But the brokers have made this as Regular Premium. I am following up with them since 8 months for this change and they are continuously saying the effect is already in place. But 4 weeks back i got SMS message and continuous call from the customer care dept informing about the due date. I won't be able to pay RS. 98, 000 every year to continue.
I want you to offer and extend the help for converting to single investment at the same time i want to SUE or PENALIZE the brokers & THEIR organization has to take this burden because they are playing with the customers and not providing any kind of service...
Sent the mail to [email protected] & Insurance Ombudsmen too. Waiting for their reply too SINCE VERY LONG TIME. Even the Ombudsmen too forgot to reply to the mails i guess.
mailed 3 days back [email protected] & [email protected] informing about the problem. Even they never bothered to reply to my mail.
I am planning to file FIR complaint against the agents: Mr. Ravi Kumar and his manager Hemalatha. Their contact numbers are 8095871636 & 9538493703. Not getting any help neither from the brokers nor from SBI Life Insurance. Please provide me a FAIR SOLUTION on this.
