Aircel cheats customers on gprs plan

Aircel cheat customers with GPRS 97 recharge plans and offers.

Unfortunately I was aircel customer for last few years. I mainly use aircel for GPRS purpose as I am an IT professional. I used to recharge GPRS 97 packages as they announces unlimited internet usage for 30 days from the recharge. I have been using the 97 package of Aircel of internet access for more than last one year. Now I looks down upon on me because I have already referred many of my relatives and friends to use Aircel GPRS 97 package as they announce unlimited internet usage within 30 days from the recharge.

Last time I got an offer sms from Aircel sh*t network saying I can get 59 days validity for my internet usage instead of 30 days for 97 GPRS recharge.

I recharged for Aircel 97 GPRS package on 31st January expecting uninterrupted internet for 59 days validity. After 30 days on 1st March when I was checking mail, I lost net connection and found they deducted all of my available talk time balance amounts of my mobile. When I tried to call their customer care, it was not connecting the call due to insufficiency in balance. Now a days these sh*t mobile companies charges money for their sh*t customer care executives. I recharged for 50 rupees and contact them on the number 121. When I made the complaint about the exclusion of offer they have announced, that aircel executive promised me that the issue will be sort with in 24 hours and the offer will be given and deducted amount will be credited back to my account.

The very next morning when i browsed on my mobile using aricel gprs, found that cut the money remained in my aircel mobile.

I called their customer care number many times till noon and I got a fellow to speak afternoon. He informed me that there was some technical issue due to their 3g up gradation work, and it will take 72 hours to solve my issue and they will credit back all my lost amounts.

I called them after 72 hours then they said that they did not solved all issues and will be completed on 5th March. They send me an sms saying they my problem will completely solved on 5th March.

I was not able to use net on 5th, and I lost many emails, spend 70 to 120 rupees for going internet cafe for getting work updations and report sending to my clients. On 5th March when I talked to the aircel customer support executive, he said that by night 12 'O clock, they will solve all problems and credit all of the amount they cut from my account.

I again called the Sh*t Aircel customer care on 6th as they did not solved the issue. Even the sh*t aircel customer care idiots were out to reach on 6th March. When I got them on 7th, one fellow named Reynold said that all the issues are about to clear and will complete on mid night 7th March.

Till 8 March Thursday, nothing was done from the aircel sh*tters. They proved 100 times that they cheat their customers. I really shame one me for using and recommending the aircel network for my many of my friends.

Lastly i reached in conclusion myself that they are even about to change their brand name to Sh*t Aircel networks.

Most of the mobile networks of India are cheaters and they sell customer details and numbers to their party ad publishers. They sends their dirty product selling adds and links to our mobiles. These b*tches may start their business by selling their close blood relatives.

When we are in busy works they send call with useless songs. They secretly cut our mobile balance and secretly activating useless features like caller tones, astrology, their crafty talk time offers, their roaming offers, STD and ISD offers.
