Withdrawal

Dear Sir,

I was an employee of ING Vysya Life Insurance Ltd. I had sent the PF withdrawal forms to ING Vysya Life Insurance office B'lore received by them on September '09 confirmed by Ms Rekha incharge of PF withdrawals.on asking for the status of the same, after two months she said that the said forms have been misplaced by their vendor. I had requested a mail for the same which i am still waiting.

Kindly let me know what step i have to take.
