Subject: Policy no Q0005928 issued by M/s Bharti Axa General Insurance Co. Ltd to Instant Healthcare Private ltd.

I Bal Krishan Kaushal my wife (Sudesh Kaushal) was admitted on 07th July for operation in Sir Ganga Ram Hospital (Rajindra Place New Delhi) on this time cashless facility was not provided to us. I paid total amount to Hospital by my credit card and for reimbursement I submitted all original document with M/s Instant Healthcare Pvt. ltd New Delhi House New Delhi on 19-07. When I submitted all original documents with instant they confirm me they will settle this case within 15days.

After expire of 15days I am checking with instant Healthcare Pvt. Ltd two times in a week but Instant Healthcare Pvt Ltd Contract Person Mr. Sharma reply same every time case is still in process check with us next week. Today dated 16-11 Instant giving me same reply check next week case is in process, the Doctor is not coming because he is not well etc. etc.

I am not financial sound. You are requested to please interpt this case because I paid this total amount by credit card I have paid too much fine on credit card.
