Poor customer service for withdraw money

I am having the account in the bank for past 2 years, for the first time i withdrawn major amount for the child education. For which, they told to get a token, after i spent half an hour in the queue with my child. There is no proper guide for the first time users. Then i took token and they told to wait. Hence i sat with my child there. After long time, since they didn't called my token, i went near the counter, there one lady asked me that she want to verify i am there r not in the bank. She told she called me once but in that long area, they didn't use any mic for call the person otherwise they would have verified the person in tken counter itself. They didn't done that, but blaming me for not hearing her voice. They don't have courtesy that i am having my child in hand. Such a Poor customer service in Ayanavaram bank. After 2 hours, i withdrawn my money facing problems and wasting lot of time in bank.
