Not working of atms

Sir,

the slogan of IOB BANK is [good people to grow with] but with ATMs of IOB in puducherry state is changed as"Good people should die with IOB ATMs. The lawspet branch ATM is allways closed, the MAIN BRANCH ATM works without cash inside and works when it thinks. The manager of the consern branch does not bother about the coustmers inconvenience. Please make the ATM center to work otherwise lock with aBIG DINDUGAL LOCK.
