I Purchased Tata nano car from active automobiles Ahmadabad which R.T.O. no is GJ-1- KN-9758 on 16/02 my complain are below

I Purchased Tata nano car from active automobiles Ahmadabad which R.T.O. no is GJ-1- KN-9758 on 16/02 my complain are below.

1. R.T.O. Tax 1000/- excess money taken from me yet to be returned.

2. Car Original Ins, Policy not to received.

3. In exchange offer I Surrendering my Bajaj Super to active automobiles they have not taken my signature in R.T.O. Transfer Form.

an early action will be highly appreciated.
