Amount debited twice in credit card

Dear sir / madame

sub: reverse one amount -approval no.538013 or 981782

As per my statement in CITIBANK credit card you have debited my online transaction twice which was done on 10/03in irctc .co.in . when spoken to credit card merchant they gave me two approval nos.538013 & 981782, and asked irctc to reverse one of it ..
