Respected Sir/Madam

I try to book a ticket for 4times from Bangalore to tuticorin in IRCTC on 17th july using my netbanking.

After i entered my netbanking details for payment, I got an ERROR message on my screen saying some problem occurred during Transaction process.

My balance is deducted from account but ticket not booked I loss around thousand and five hundred rupees please check my status and refund earlier and send a status to my mail address ayyampillai.p@gmail.com
