IRCTC charged me RS 1100 (275*4) but did not book ticket
IRCTC charged me RS 1100 but did not book ticket and did not credited money back in my account

DEAR SIR,

i was booking a ticket for me in CLASS 2S in Quota Tatkal from HAWRAH to DELHI in TRAIN NO. 12311 that is "HWH DLI KLK MAIL" costs me 275 but every time it shows network error after payment confermation when after 2 hours i hav checked my account there was detuction of rs 1100 from my account when i checked in detail i was charged RS 275 FOUR times with debit card i.e SBI DEBIT CARD from acount by IRCT SBI ACCOUNT- 00000030812586656 . IRCTC charged me rs 275 FOUR (275*4=1100) times that is rs 1100 but didnot book me a seat from account SBI 00000030812586656 on 15/june morning please do me a refund of rs 1100 thanx a lot.
