Wrong PAN info into TAX refund form

Hello,

My consultant wrongly placed the PAN info into the IT return form for 2008 financial year. I have also requested for some refund amount and it has not been credited to my account yet.

Could you please redirect me to relevant source and let me know if you need other detail information.
