Is that Finance company is true?

Dear SIr,

This is Murthy from Bangalore, India. According to News paper adv and cell conversation I applied for the property loan, Intially they asked to deposit Rs 5000 for Reg and other expenses. After that now they sanctioned me loan and for service charge again they asked Rs 18000. My doubt is without knowing them how we can deposit the amount and is that type of company is there, please suggest me what to do now?
