1. On closure of the accounts for th F.Y 2011 we find that you are illegally, unathorisedly and without our
consent holding the balance money of the applied amount for allotment of shares of Japee Infratech Limited against
application Numbers 81394383, 24277024, 24277025.
2.Please intimate us the reasons for such doing and in case this has happened due to any mistake by your staff then
please take necessary corrective actions. we have been regularly receiving all correspondence including dividend
cheques etc and it is not understood why this amount has not been returned.
3.You are requested to return the money immediately either through RTGS directly to our bankers or send the cheques
