Iilegal use of credit card

To the concerned person,

this is to bring into your notice that a certain person has illegally

missused my citi bank credit card to make a certain reliance energy payment without my knowledge.

citi bank officers are not ready to take the complaints. in that case what should i do.please reply urgently
