Megan, the cashier, charged me twice for a product. When I pointed it out to her, she said I had to go to Customer service to get it corrected. I went to Cus Service & they refunded me $21.24. Since this was on my debit card, it would have to show up on my bank statement. This was 12/15/09. As of today, my bank statement still does not show the credit. (It shows the purchase, however!) So, I called your cus serv dept & the lady told me it takes 5-7 days for a credit to go through. This is outrageous! Your cashier makes an error & I am penalized for 7 days waiting for my credit! What if the error by your cashier made me overdraw my account?? Would you pay the fine? I am not happy. Unless I get a satisfactory response from you I will never shop at Kmart again & neither will my family.
