Annuity Amount Interest Not Received

After Lot off Follow up My Annuity Amount Not Received (2/3 Amt).

Dear Sir,

Proposal No.00087957

Against My Mail Dated 08.02.2010 I got the response with only one link

of your site and no any communication.

My Briefs:

Since beginning I never received any communication about status of

policy. On time of approached to Your Branch they are also notable to

give me any computation about the policy. Finally I decided to

surrendered my policy.

07.12.2009:

I surrendered my Policy to Your Branch at shreeji Arcade, Anand Mahal

Road, Surat.

15.12.2009:

I got credit my 33% on 15.12.2009 in my bank a/c No.56610100070957 with

Axis Bank, Surat.

17.12.2009:

On time of approach for my annuity amount 67% to your branch, inform me

to give application with my option of annuity and name of annuity

providing company.

19.12.2009:

Application submitted with required details.

January'10: I followup about the annuity to Your Shreeji Arcade Branch.

18.01.2010:

Cheque was sent through Blue dart courier service which drawn in favour

of LIC amounting Rs. 43533.02/- (As per Your Mail)

20.01.2010:

Delivery person of Blue Dart came to my residence along with Shipment.

We agree to receive and sign the slip but He forced to gave Mobile No.,

as per past our bad experience wife refused to give her mobile No.to

courier person came from the consignee. Due to our bad experience we

are not providing our Mobile no to such person to avoid misuse.

Please note that we never refused to accept the shipment.

08.02.2010:

Mail sent to customer care for the proper solution and to look about my

requirement of computation statement and Interest from 15.12.2009 on

2/3rd amount.

09.02.2010:

In the reply I got the link of your site.

10.02.2010

What to do with that? How ever I tried to registered my Log in

ID"bshah44'. Time of register the policy, required date of commencement

that am not aware.

11.02.2010:

I tried to contact on 1800 209 8800 between 17:00 to 17:15 and 18:45 to

19:00 Hrs continuesly with recording 'OUR CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER ATTEND

U SHORTLY, BE ON LINE'.

Obviously In such type of Organisation only Customer Care Officer

remain busy.

Pls see the above... and request U to help me.
