I (Mohit Singla) had taken a policy from Kotak Life Ins in the month of Feb 09.But I did not recieeve my policy for next 6-7 month. Then I go to Kotak Office for my policy, then firstly they give the number of courier co and told u ask from them not us. Then with the help of one employee I put the number of mail for policy then atleast They provide me my policy on 28th Oct 09.Then I was not interested to contiue with that policy because They harash me with poor service. At that time I had submitted the request for free cancelation as per IRDA guidelines. They receive that request. Now they rejected to return my money. Please tell what I do in this conditionLook at you for justice.
