Non receipt of acknowledgement of premium paid

this is in reference to my policy no 01806828, dated 11 dec.

I have paid premium on 11 dec amount Rs 7500/- by cheque.

but i didn't get the acknowledgement of the same. request despatch the same to my address or on my email id: [email protected]
