My son, who is mentally ill, placed (2) orders using my Debit Card. In order to avoid filing a dispute with my bank, I am attempting to return the merchandise (2 sets of DVDs), but it has been impossible for me to do so. I logged onto the Amazon website and when I go to the section for returns, these orders are not showing up under any of his email addresses ([email protected] or [email protected]).
There is no phone # I can call to get information either.
If I do not hear back from Amazon but end of day today, I will be forced to file a dispute with my bank and they will need to reverse the charges.
All I want to do is return the merchandise and get my refund.
