Dishonoured pension cheques

Respected Sir,

I, Mr. Shripad Laxmanrao Sakekar having annuity No.02515M501 receive pension cheques from LIC worth Rs.1250/- Monthly from LIC issued on Bank of Baroda. Cheques of April May & June have been dishonoured due to inadequate funds in LIC Bank of Baroda account. I have been fined Rs.550/- as return charges and also suffered lots of inconvineance.

I am a pensioner aged 66 years. Kindly take it into consideration.

Cheque no 579183/581887/581888 issued on Bank of Baroda month april, may, june respectively.
