WRONG INFORMATION TO ME FOR ISSUE CREDIT CARD

I have apply for lic credit card but after two month liccard person told me that non ability of due-diligiance agencies in your area we can not issue liccard for you. but here many people using liccredit card .how can them get lic card.bhubaneswar is capital of orissa here all of agencies working here how that agencies not working here .please tell me.my name.
