LIC Credit Card
Payment made not reflecting

I hav a credit card of LIC for which payment of Rs. 1485.24 thr corp net using my SB A/c No. 13194 (NCM Hubli Branch-Corporation Bank) but the statment generated on 21st March doesnot relfects the same. When contacted to LIC credit card, they suggested to resolve the issues from Corp Bank itself as the payment made is not reflecting in their accounts. Subsequently I sent mail and called few times but still issues are yet to be cleared. Can anyone from LIC Credit Card or Corp Bank take responsibility to take up the issue and resolve it.
