Licence for goods keeping
Taking bribe

Dear sir,

My shop name is Pratham plywood & Hardware, shop no 2, archana appt, malad (w), opp sunder nagar, i had opened my shop newly . l have gumashta license but i was unaware of goods keeping license and when your officer asked for that license, i told i don't know about that and he maid some paper of fine and said it will go to court i agree but when i seen my neighbor shops no one had these kind of license. everyone mutually agreed to pay some bribe to him and he has not maid filed against them. the laws is applicable to everyone or he should also tell me i want bribe for that. if i am wrong tell him to provide license for other shop near by me... please help me
