I need the home loan from LIC HSG finance
complaint remarks
1. DSA not aware of proper document requirments
2. Brach manager rajnikanth done the personal discussion and saiod all documents are ok
3. even after providing the repayment track and bank statement showing complete emi in banks on duw dates, only 5 emi as recent loan, all 5 emi s are visible, lic hdg finance stilll want the statement of account as per credit manager
4. branch manager and sales do not know this as DSA - ravi (who is also working for axis bank, pune people will receive the sms on daily basis from him for home loan) was pushing me for bank statement and repayment track and then post discussion with credit now for statement of account
5. i said, forget sales, at least ask company representative, credit manager of LIC hsg finance pune, he do not know how to speak witjh customer
6 he speaks with only his dsa lady and scolding her for customer issue
in short, LIC hsg finance should tell the document requirement upfront and should ask custome to visit again and again
and company representatative should value customer and sould speak in decnt way to the customer
