Premium receipt not send

Sir,

I have send premium of my Policy No. 451154764 regularly by post with bank draft to LICI Gangtok Branch. I have communicated my changes of address too. But I am not getting the premium receipts nowadays. Due to urgent need in relation to tax deduction I tried to contact over phone but faild. Please send premium receipts from March'09 to June'10 to my present address. The soft copy receipts of the receipts may be send to me immediately by E-mail
