LIC Jeevan Aastha Policy
Non receipt of policy

I had applied for the Jeevan Aastha policy on the 11th of February and paid the single premium by cheque. I received the proposed deposit receipt and within a few days, even my cheque was encashed by LIC.By it's been 4 months now and there seems to be no sign of my policy. I feel helpless because whenever we try to find out why the delay is taking place, those disgusting officials only claim that I will get it within a week or so. I never expected such a callous attitude from LIC officials. It's a shame.
