Payment made through cheque from Central Bank amounting Rs1500 on 18.11.2009 but not credited to my HSBC card. Central Bank confirmed payment made from my a/c no 1132258147 through cheque no 082931. Complain made in customer care and ref is 121220096718 on 12.12.2009.
