Not receiving monthly statement

I have not receivd my statement for the months of Feb and March. I have paid rs.500.00 in February without receiving the statement. I expect statement uptill now but not received. Please send at the earliest enabling to pay my minimum amount on receipt. The due date for paying amount is over now for the month of March.
