Credit Cards dept. is not taking interest to issue credit cards to its customers. they ask for so many formalities whereas they are issuing to their existing customers only. I am wonder I have three policy of LIC and even I have been asked residential and id proof separately. They don't ask for it when they its policy and make new customers. " lete samay sab chalta hai dete samay fatti hai" wali baat hai. Govt. dept. are like this???
