Premium amount of Rs 27, 259.30 paid for the following policies and the same has been debited from my account, I have not recieved the payment premium receipt. kindly provide me the same at the earliest for my Income tax return purpose the detail are mentioned below. hope that you shall do the needfull at the earliest
