NON TRANSFER OF POLICY AND NON PAYMENT SURVIVAL BENEFIT

Sir,

I applied for transfer of my policy NO.121300622, from Mayur Vihar Phase I, 12F Branch to Branch Unit 731, City Branch X, CBO no.10, 45, Anna Salai, Chennai-600002. and also to change my residential address to new address: G-1, Plot II, Ganesh Enclave, Sunderesan Street, Zameen Pallavaram, Chennai - 600043 during June and again sent reminder in 27th May but till date the policy has not been transfered, my address is not changed and also not received the surivival benefit. Kindly let me know the status.
