In July I have requested for a term insurance plan of Rs. 25 lacs vide my proposal no. 4368 through your 12 H satellite branch at Rohini, sector 11, New Delhi. For which I have already paid the required premium in the month of July itself. But till date I have not received the FPR or any status of my policy. Request you to look into the matter urgently and issue the FPR and policy bond.
