Sir/Madam,

THREE reminders have been sent to LIC, but they FAIL to act on these Complaints.

As per your Letter for Policy 891996917, WHAT do you mean by, "ORIGINAL POLICY BOND"?

PLEASE PROVIDE FORMAT, OF THE BOND.

Secondly, please specify in what way my request, for the Change of MODE in Policy # 891996917 got to do with the BOND. Is it BASIC HARRASSMENT???

Thirdly, Policy # 891996918/ 892139015/ 89219124 needs RECALCULATION in premium levied and your Database needs to be updated about the same as I am unable to enroll the Policy with the new Data or rectify the Policy premium, at my end.
