Unit sales manager Mr. Santosh Noronha, (Agency Code no 0181688C) of Life Insurance Of India, Ghatkopar West branch Mumbai, approached me on 29-01, & collecyed three cheques for Rs. 8397/-, Rs. 1021/- & Rs.1021/- for Jeevan arogya & Jeevan saral Plans, which were debited from my account on 03-08, . After being all Medical formalities completed one policy of Jeevan saral received by me in the month of Nov.2011 out of three till. date. More than 6 & 1/2 months have been passed, I have not received any information/intimation in thisregard, though I made several request in verbal as well as in writing to the Branch Manager & Agent Mr. Santosh Noronha.
