Non-receipt of annual Pension amount

Non receipt of yearly Pension amount Rs24000/- each due on 1st September and 1st September

Dear Sir,

My Varishtha Pension Bima Yojana policy no is 585011195 dated 28 / 08 / 2004 taken from LIFE INSURANCE OF INDIA at Bhubaneswar branch, Orissa. The yearly pension amount of Rs 24000/-(Rupee Twenty Four Thousand only) each for the above two years have not been credited to my Axis Bank, Bhubaneswar Branch, A/c No - 0240100001902.(Old A/c No-S.B 1902)

Please do the needful and let me know early.
